How long is processing/shipping?

We use USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express for shipping.

How do I take my wig measurements?

It is important to take accurate measurements for the best fit, make sure to have straight back braids or a sleek bun before measuring for the best results.

My wig is too big/small, how can I fix this?

Please contact us via text or email to schedule consultation. If reconstruction is needed, there is a $200 reconstruction fee (shipping included) to avoid this, please take your measurements before ordering and adding your unique circumference size.

How many bundles do I need?

Recommended based off circumference

20" - 2 bundles

21" - 2.5 bundles

22" - 3 bundles

23" - 3.5 bundles

24"- 4 bundles
